This was an old idea valve made for Portal 2. I'd be impressed if you were able to make this on Hammer.

On reflection, I really shouldn't have posted that shockingly hideous screenshot. Nor should I have bothered making the map.

For all those curious, I'm developing another mod with the same intended art style as The Malibu Messiah. Since I've made more progress on my new mod (not on moddb yet) I'll be using the textures produced from my new mod.

This is one of the very few Half-Life 2 mods I'd actually buy. Seriously, Looks amazing.

We rush down the sand slopes to reach the bomb. We pick up a knife and somehow manage to run faster. Our objective is to defuse the bomb placed by the terrorist forces. We run, we run to beat the clock - we've not got much time, we'll call Mr. Spock. He'll beam us to the bomb and we'll take those terrorists down. The countdown is near, 20 seconds until explosions are here. We all - but one stand back from the site of the bomb, we watch as a soldier approaches with caution, I think of my wife, my sons and my dog - the situation seems bad, but I've got my family's support. I am a family guy. The soldier defuses the bomb as we watch, I scream out loud "THANK GOD I'M NOT DEAD!". In a sudden action, the soldier that defused the bomb is shot in the head. I say "Who cares? That was only Meg!" My team mates, Glen, Joe and Cleveland laugh and laugh. We return to the base, eat chicken and drink. I say to myself "Me, Peter Griffin - I am a true hero."

There once was a boy named Billy, who played Counter-Strike : Source till' he was silly. He spent his days defusing bombs and pondering a life without this game (he didn't get out alot)..

One day, he walked in on his conveniently named sister, Millie playing Counter-Strike : Source. He asked her "Oh Millie! Y U HAVE NO SKILLY?".

Billy played Counter-Strike every hour, every day! He said to himself "BILLY, YOU SHOULD GET A BETA KEY FOR GLOBAL OFFENSIVE." He waited and waited for a key to be issued, but he couldn't see his screen due to the large pile of tissues (he was crying..)

He threw the tissues away in a rage, he knew he wouldn't get a key. He'll wait and wait, and maybe he'll get his Beta key in old age.(Valve time).

THREE MONTHS. Oh dear, oh my. Ohh no. I hadn't realised. The whole "winning" thing has became stale anyway. I'm not giving up on this mod quite yet though, as long as I work at this it may grab the attention of the winner himself (probably not).
