If you're still looking for 0.2.0q, check out the official forums.
The latest version on desura is 0.1.5d, but you can get a standalone installer for 0.2.0q (while 0.2.0r might arrive at any moment now)

If you use the standalone version however, be sure to ONLY enter the serial from Desura, no need for user/pw.
