A university graduate from Glamorgan university, I achieved a 2.2 BA Hons in Popular Music. My dissertation was about the interactivity of music within interactive media, however focusing on video games composition in particular. Through the past 2 years I have worked on a few different projects ranging from side scrolling shooters (Ragnarok Arena Remastered), first person shooters (Fps Terminator) and fun platformers (Thread Bear). All projects with different needs and styles. With the compositional experience in composing for multiple different genre of games and projects I am able to compose in any style or genre. With over 6 years of experience in musical education including school, college and university and not only working within the indie games industry but also 2D animation cartoons I am able to adapt to any and all types of media. Could be longer, much longer. :-) But generally, an awesome piece - just needs to be longer, and needs to sound finished, not cut anywhere.

Do you know how game audio works? On triggers I mean, you compose a epic piece and then strip it back to make new tracks and then the more epic bits come back in depending on the on screen action this is a example of that, I will be stripping this back for Universe Alliance. If you listen to any game sound track you will find most tracks only being around the 2min mark, do you know why that is? Its because they are used on triggers and might be looped. who ever heard of a cinematic scene or a decent one that could not portray what was happening in less then 2 mins? Thats the only reason why I would need to make it longer is if it was for a cinematic that was over the length it currently is.
