Strange how everyone wants this to be released sooner, and yet, when there's an opportunity for that, they don't use it.

Don't be lazy.
Only 110 members? At this rate we'll never reach 300!
Come on, peeps! You can do it! You'll do us all a favor!
Only 86 members on the forum. 214 to go.
Show that register button some love, peeps!
I played the custom campaigns, and at some point in the "Memories" campaign, the voice told me to stop. I didnt listen and moved on, when I suddenly blew up!
Should've listened to it.
If you find any bugs, list them here, in the comments.
It is out. In the downloads section.
Good. As for the REMAKE, I don't have an idea when I'll release the full version, but a second demo's on the way.
I'll remove the first demo when the second one's coming (waiting for auth), and I'll try to include a quick link until that happens.
Once the second demo's out, play that. The full version might take longer, and by playing the second demo, you'll waste a little more time.
Don't be afraid, I recommend you do both.
Did anybody notice a secret or something? Say your finding(s) here.
Yes. Is there a problem with it?
You simply need to disable ImageTrail and RadialBlur. Only if that screen blur bug occurs.
It should've work. Let me know your response.
Is the screen too blurry?
Just disable ImageTrail and RadialBlur in the options, and you're good to go.
Any other bug, I won't be patching them. Haunted Hallways: REMAKE is now top priority in Amnesia.
I changed my name. To fit better.
Sorry for late reply. You need to turn off ImageTrail and RadialBlur in the options menu. I think you can also find them in the launcher. Just look carefully.
This works 100%. On my PC, the blur that everyone receives is perfect. I still see everything.
And, to an old question. Yes, the blur's intentional. But maybe too much.
Which one you're referring to? There are 2 versions, you know.
It's basically a remake, and since I haven't thought of a proper name, I decided to call it "Haunted Hallways: REMAKE", rather than using a silly name. It is a remake of Haunted Hallways Final (available in the downloads section). But I kinda twisted it up, so it becomes a different trip.
I know what you're saying, but I prefer a realistic name. And the one I already used is what I'm talking about.
And updated that again.
Can't announce it any other way. So, this will work until the download would become authenticated by the admins.
Updated features list.
Were you afraid at that moment, thinking something will jump out at you?
Just a small guess, you know.
To Custom1 > Did you play with brightness on full and volume set to 1%, hell, maybe 0%? If yes, such an outcome is always at my doorstep.
To finalj > The feedback's appreciated as always. While I mostly rushed this one (personal problems), it still instilled fear into people playing this in the proper environment. Headphones, dark room, 100% volume. Those are the perfect requirements a horror game needs.
I also mostly focused on the sounds, which made it look awkward. The sounds (which is just one big file, almost 4 minutes long) took me about 3 hours to successfully compile, constantly editing it, and trying to make it perfect. The map was mostly done anyway, so I wanted some way to scare the player, and then make them laugh. That is where [spoiler removed] comes in.
Again, it is nice that you enjoyed it. I'll try to make something different, but after I finish some personal research.
I know, I know. It seemed so sad. Imagine how many dog lovers were mad after that incident.
Not everybody likes my Custom Stories. No offense taken... yet.
Lol. Wait until the sledgehammer kisses your face.
Lol, I hope I'll make more stuff like this!
I had no choice but to start laughing. I knew you'd get scared so easily.
Especially the part with the farting at the beginning. Don't look at me, it wasn't me farting.
Yeah, I have my own problems in life. I hope I will still be able to do some CS. But not right now.
That was made on purpose. The place ain't real anyway. But that's an advice that will be good if I am going to ever make a CS with some real environments.
