Why is killing enemy lords so unfavorable?
How is this game of throne? For example, if you join Joffrey you know that he will certainly want the rebellious northern lords die and by killing them for him you are doing him a favor and he might rewards you, how the hell would make him and his faction hate you if you killed off the northern lords?
They ain't just the neighbors next door who are wee and innocent.
They are enemies, by killing them we can stop them regenerating their troops.

Can you synchronize the dynastic coat at armes with the barony/county/duchy/kingdom coat at armes? I think this will be more lore-friendly. I saw you did that to big families such as the Lannisters, the Tyrells etc., when their family members become the kings/queens of westeros, the banner of kingdom of the iron throne changed to their family sigils.
