that could be any mod that edits weapon loot lists
this mod does not edit vanilla weapons or lists, but there are new weapons that are given to a few of the creatures in the mod
you would recognise one if you found one
I have some screens here of some of the weapons in the mod

1-yes
2-mods that edit creature leveled lists, the mod still works with these other mods
3-skymomod is an esm file (master) so keep it below any dlc files (dawnguard.esm, dragonborn.esm)

add the skymomod v12 esm and bsa to your data folder manually and it should work fine
also check your list of mods to see if you have a "skymomod_lists.esp" in your load order, if you do, delete it

you dont need to use the "no-dragon" version of the lore friendly mod, to be totally honest the only reason jackstarr made that was because users of deadly dragons asked him to
if you want to use skymomod and deadly dragons at the same time, feel free, they work just fine together, just remember to load deadly dragons lower in your mod load order than skymomod so skymomod dragons do not overide those dragons

the only thing that could create inviso creatures is:
the bsa is not in the data folder
the bsa was altered somehow

as long as you added the bsa to your data and nothing else, it should work fine

as for boar meat, skymomod boars have boar meat death items

if you have installed a mod manually from the nexus, you can install this mod the same way as well
but you dont really need the nmm to install this mod, you need only drop the bsa and esm in your data folder and play

if you dont want the dinos, grab the "patch" files here
there are a couple of different esp's in that download, one is a lore friendly esp that removes the dinos from skymomod

a friend of mine "Macadamstreet" did a really cool AV package, he does excellent textures, I'll ask and see if he plans to release a v12 package
