I've never really done much modding with sage. Much prefer modding the old 2D C&Cs;, and EBFD. Anyway I'm off now.

Performance, Time to make and I personally can't be arssed to install a new game with a new engine, nothing wrong with sage. Oh well. I'm no longer tracking anyway.

I disagree with you entirely. I think all assets should be released publicly for everyone to enjoy. Other people could learn from this mods code and stuff aswell and other modders could make there own mods and missions for this mod.

By the way, I don't think bot kills should count to your stats. I've got like 300 kills and about 200 of them are bots. People might actully think I'm any good at the game, lol.

I have a XFX AMD HD7850 2GB and have never had any problems. Although I very rarely play any games after about 2002.

It's based on a M1 Abrams, so it's hardly an old tank.

I'm sure many so-called arcadey games do have different damage positions, I wouldn't know though never really played many games after about 2002-3. And yes when I used to play 2 years ago I was always flanking with light tanks, but it still doesn't make me like the idea of damage positions.

One of the greatest things about Renegade IMO was it's arcade-y, 50 shots in the head to kill anyone game play. Adding damage zones just ruins the game. I always think you should either make a game super realistic or super unrealistic, not in between. I haven't play APB for a couple of years now, and stuff like this puts me off from playing again personally.

Will there be people walking round the ship like pedestrians in the normal game? Because if there isn't it will seem pretty lifeless and badly damage the atmosphere of the mod.

Also I'm sure you will do this anyway but, make sure the Gamebooster software is a option and not installed when you install the mod. I wouldn't install this mod if the software was a necessity.

To be fair you didn't actually really say you should move to another engine. I think it's just the fact pretty much all the mods and indie games i watch are all for old engines, and the "Why don't you move to Unreal 4 (or whatever) like...some other game" questions always come up. I personally much prefer old game engines and very rarely play games newer than the early 2000s.

Why are so many people desperate to get them to move to some crap modern engine. Theres nothing wrong with LS3D, I would much rather it stayed using this engine.

It's not all about graphics, I'd prefer it stayed with W3D.

looks unbelievably good. But i hope you remove the dune cat thing, so it doesn't damage the seriousness of the game (i'm not into stuff like that)

Downloaded this game yesterday. Really enjoyed it, especially the mutant survival mode. Shame the servers were all down though. But keep up the good work!

i was sure i read somewhere, that this mod was completely free roam, where you could walk around the ship in between missions and stuff. I may be mistaken though
