Trying to resist the urge to play Team Fortress 2, I will only post video game reviews and will be using my deviant art account that I set as my homepage for everything else. Why would anybody put Colt's worthless weapons in video game
mods, especially the M16, and its variants? (The military using it or its popular
are not acceptable answers)

I admit to being a bullpup fanboy, and have even overwritten Colt's piece of crap with the FN Scar in
Counter Strike Source, or replacing Half Life era HK Mp5/Colt M4 with the FN F2000.I
most likely will be using an HK416 or FN Scar in place of the weapon in Left
for Dead.

The only direct impingement weapon that isn’t a piece of
crap is the Desert Eagle. There is a reason Colt products are not used in Half
Life 2 or Crysis (with the exception of story settings), and that’s because
their weapons suck. So please modders, don’t place Colt crap in your mods. Players will usually overwrite weapons anyways, but I refuse to download mods that have the M poor/M shit-teen/ unless I can overwrite Colt' junk without errors.
