"looks better" is a subjective statement, as opposed to something like "can draw more normal-mapped triangles to screen per frame." yeah, technically crysis is better than source, but as otter pointed out, modern engines tend to look exceedingly fake, whereas source has always had a grittier, stainier look to it, which i prefer.

ahh! the "555" on the billboard is in the wrong position (since this is, I'm assuming, an American phone number). The /prefix/ should be 555, not the area code, like so: (414)-555-0123.

Aside from that small gripe, it's looking super slick. I think the viewmodel origin is just fine, in fact, it seems more realistic than the ordinary HL positioning.
