Сложно сказать. В моде мы попытались взять лучшее из всех частей. Например в SH3 очень брутальная альтернативка, и, делая свою, мы опирались на дизайн SH3. В SH2 очень здорово сделана нормальная (туманная реальность), с той долей меланхолии, которая нужна для подобной тематики. Могу сказать только то, что мы не черпали вдохновение только с SH4. Про остальные игры с приставкой SH думаю все понятно.

Source cant make self shadowing on models (these doors are models), but if u use brushes it will be fine with shadows though u cant apply phong shader on brushes. I chose models here. I also will change info_lighting for that door to make it darker.
just dont overdo it and everything will work fine.

for that fact i will change a model of lightbulb to closed type of bulb. no problem.
yes it could be. there is no phong shader on oildrum, toolbox and electro counter. it could add really nice light reflections.

as i said earlier, it already changed. lighting will tune up cause this place does not look like realistic. SH level design always had that feeling of reality. (except alternate world of course)
not so nice as i wanted. shadow can`t lay down so far and stay sharp. however, fixed already.
this hospital is not like NH2. if u played SH Origins and you liked its hospital u should like this too.
This place already changed a lot since this. We also want to make models instead of these rude squared brushes.
No, Slums is just a result of mapping learning. If i would work with new mod it will be a big project.
