Zerg is one of the badly OP faction in any strategy game and a poor choice of reference.
Just look at them. Do you think they should have "hi-power" with their size and arm length like that? ^_^
How about keep them frail and weak but making their number per battalion higher, even more higher than an orc horde. And give less palantir power to their killer to balance it out.
I wonder if we will have some kind of zoo. Like, as a special building or a scenario where where we preserved animals specimen and have to decide if we want to keep feeding and breeding them, wasting our food in exchange for happiness and achievement... or make them our food.

Speed(or athletic): govern how fast they moving and performing duty. Player have to take this into consideration when assigning people, whether their job require fast movement or not.
Psyche: The psyche stat will determined how much psyche point our residents have. Psyche point acts like hit point in other games. As the resident works, the Psyche points will drop. If the gauge is empty, he will stop working. Psyche can be refill by sleeping and being entertained. A resident with high Psyche stat can become a psychiatrist whose job is to talk to other resident and refill their psyche gauge.

Will it break anything if i put it in V.4.1.2 or will i have to re-install the mod every time i upgrade Edain?
After i stopped playing for some times just to come back to experience all new exciting changes. Here's my opinion.
-All infantry production buildings for every factions use the same upgrade system now? I remember only Rohan and Isengard can do this (Rohan can choose speed or tier upgrade and Isen has to mass upgrade) Now Gondor does it too.
-Tried Isengard, Still able to steamroll everyone despite heavy pressure by doing nothing but spam sword and spear Uruk, Why...
My thought is there are many factors that contribute to Isengard's OPness. But here's what i think is critical:
1. No real economic weakness. You make it costly to even build anything but then you gave it big boost to economy and cost reduction on the most useful and spammable units which is Uruk infantry via mine shaft. Take a look at Gondor and Rohan. Gondor has upgrade cost reduction and hero cost unit reduction. Sword and armor can't fight enemy by themselves and Hero can't be spam. While Rohan only has cavalry cost reduction which even after at max 30% they're still costly and can't be spam like footman.
If you're gonna insist that this is their core playstyle, i suggest you working on their unit's production time. Put on some REAL weakness on Isengard, put some hole on their perfectness, not patching their cons with another pros.
2. Their infantry tactics are superior to any factions: Look at Uruk Crossbow and Gondor Archer. Uruk use a stance that makes them shoot faster but has less armor. While Gondorian can up their damage but has range penalty. Uruk's stance is clearly better of the two, they can applied more damage per second while disregarding their own hp due to being support infanrty while Gondorian has to move in even closer to deal damage... And this is applied to other Isengard infantry as well. All other factions has to find "that very specific moment" to use the stance properly but Isengard could simply just "set and forget" without any real drawback.
Either nerf Isen's stance of buff all other stance to make them worthwhile.
