The name (err...nick-name) is Dexter. I joined a "Company" founded by my friends, the wild alk, and Captain Clayman, called Lol Industries a while ago. I'm a coder mainly, but also a 2d and 3d graphic artist, level designer and texturer (Coding started from Websites, then Flash, and now C++ and Basic, which I started learning around August 2009) I've been playing Half-Life since I was 5 (Yes, 5), starting (as I remember), with Opposing Force. I then lost it, and went on a HUGE hunt for it for a while. I did find it again. But while I was looking for it, I found something else, my love for computers started. I learnt most of MS Office by the time I was 8 or so, then started with coding for web and flash, then mapping, then Photoshop, then 3d modelling, and finally coding for basic and C++. My hobbies include my job, reading, playing Basketball and Soccer, and Playing and making video games.

I just got myself a new youtube account. Anyone following me might as well subscribe to it, as I'll post a lot of videos on it, about everything I do. I still need to add a new background. I was thinking of a more grungy version of the current one, on the left side, with DEXTER and dexter himself on it, and on the right side, my current major production...

Report abuse The POP movie, Death at a funeral, and COD MW2

Well, I just saw Prince of Persia. NOTHING like the game. The story was almost ALL changed. I was VERY disappointed. It was an OK movie, but not nearly as good as possible. Dear god, I hope no one ever makes a Half-Life movie after seeing this.

The same day, I tried Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It was GREAT. Not as great as Half-Life, but still. I only tried Co-op and Split-Screen Multiplayer, though. I think it would've been better if they made a story for the split screen.

A few days ago I also saw "Death at a Funeral". It was good, and funny, but at sometimes it was major creepy.

Well, we've been planning this for a few days: A program like steam, or even iTunes, for our content.

It's called SiLOLicon, named after silicon valley and our own company - LOL Industries. We'll sell games, music, comics and cartoons, and offer our site making experience, along with the multiplayer community experience. Not just that, if you want to give out your content, you just sign up, get a credit card, post it up, along with the price, and we take a bit of the money (like 20%-35%. We're not sure yet). AND we'll have our own chat program.

But, bottom line, what about the name? SiLOLicon? Yes or no?

I LOVE POP. My dad used to play the old version, I play the new.

Here's the IMDB page:

I'm really excited.

There's also Iron Man 2, which I've been waiting to see since Iron Man 1, Toy Story 3 (I'm 14, but I still wanna see it. I used to love TS3.), the expendables, which has a HUGE cast of extraordinary men, and the movie with Steve Carrel (sadly, the only movie whose name I can't remember. Date Night or something).

The only movie I DON'T want to see, that I've seen in the news so far, is Twilight 3. I HATE twilight. Almost as much as I hate the Jonas Brothers.

Report abuse Lol Warz

Well, you guys (the few trackers I have), I have some good news. First o' all, I tried TS. It's really good. Better than I've thought it was. I thought it would be a game trying to be 'cool' but wasn't. Actually, it was.

Second, I know I haven't been updating HypernovA, but that's because I have other projects at hand. Right now, I'm going to tell you more about my second-best project (after HN), Lol Warz. It's basically a side-scroller, a vector based one. There are several campaigns, and multiplayer - versus (on the same computer), and online, a level editor (Probably the FIRST vector based level editor), a wide choice of characters, enemies, and allies. Bots, great levels, tons of realistic features. I WOULD tell more, but it's a very very beta version. The bad's retail. There WILL be a demo, though.

OK, It's been a loooooooooooooooooong time since I posted, so I'll tell you what's happened. First of all, I'll announce all MY ideas - not alks, mine. So, now, about the games: I'm adding alot of games. OK, so far, I'm working on Lol Warz, a vector based sidescroller based on...the members being angreh at each other, basically. Also, an MMORPG is coming up. Also, I have several ideas...but that's for later. I won't post them, so no one will steal my ideas (>:C, paranoid, I know) Also, I'm gonna work on several engines, all called Wrath Render, except after that, we give it it's name (like Wrath Render Flash Tile Based Game). People can buy it, and sell their games if they want. Also, I'm sorry about the site, and the lack of comics (I haven't posted any). We have no money to buy a server, so we can't make proper forums, etc. And Freewebs forums aren't that good, but we should be thankful for what we've got, so I'm posting a link to The Dark Lord's Lol Industries Forums. It'll be on the Forums page... right now, it's I'm working on the site now, November 5th, 2009 at 9:35 AM, even though it might say 2 AM near the name. Finally, I should finish a few comics soon. Alk's got school, so I have to work on the games alone, that's why It's taking so long. "Now that's all I have to say about that" -Forrest Gump.PS: Comics will be up soon.
