You got it boss, just say the word and I'll bury the ****** six feet under.
Oops, sorry....that's the Italian talking again :P
Suck a bag of dicks and die, there's no call for trolling here.
And if anyone feels like playing on Hamachi, I made a few networks:
pass is: h3ll
Please join only one though, we wanna leave room for other players :)
******* amazing xD
Endless thanks for this, Mordor. It's just so kickass to see that you're still supporting and building upon this project, my utmost kudos to you.
My buddy found a great color fix that works for some of these older games, just set the desktop background to the color black, and be sure to disable desktop composition. Works on others like Age of Empires, Warcraft 2, xDuke, etc. Hope this helps anyone.
Or if you're using Zandronum, just drop all your mods in the 'skins' folder, in the port's main folder.
I used to love Time Splitters when I was younger :)
Why do guest users always have dickish things to say?
C'mon fellas, Mod of the Year, let's make it happen.
And have a brutal new year.
So you think you're the only person in the entire Doom community, one of the largest and most preserving, to ever contribute toward bug & performance testing for the most ground-breaking mod ever created for this game? Lol, alright man.
Welcome to the configurable world of PC gaming, son. The possibilities here are endless.
******* out the window, and ******** out the window, are two. Different. THINGS!!
An entire megawad like this would be hella fun.
That would certainly be an option for a mutator, I second this.
I'd love to see Brutal Heretic. Hell, I'd honestly love to see all the Doom Engine games brutalized at some point. Don't know about Chex Quest, though :P
V.17 is incompatible with Skulltag, gonna have to use Zandronum instead.
You do understand that this alpha was technically only made for testing purposes, right? He gave us this version in compensation for the delay on the beta.
That's a common problem with all mods, can't really help that. Best just to start a new game entirely.
"I don't hear anything anymore, it's a shame, hurrrr...."
Shut the **** up, Guest.
Alright, so here's my little review of the alpha.
1.) Zombies w/ Missile
My first blurted words as a rocket goes whizzing past my face "Oh, ************'s got a launcher now??" Zombie acknowledges with usual threats to swallow my soul. I precede with the Mossberg shotgun "Swallow this >:)"
Lol anyways, mixed emotions on the zombie. Its cool and all, but might be better as a mutator, maybe?
2.) New Brutal Shotgun - Pretty cool, but I hope it doesn't replace the original, especially since it's borrowed from Duke Nukem.
3.) Pistol - Cool, fires pretty blindly though. And to better implement the use of pistols, I think it would honestly be better to just separate the ammo between those and the SMG's.
4.) Uzi - Very cool, but as stated above, I wish the ammo was set apart from the handgun ammo.
5.) Carbine Rifle - Undecided. Cool that it was made automatic, but not sure if it should be replaced by the pistol. Meh.
6.) AK-47 - The 'Pride of Russia', **** yeah :)
7.) Heavy MG - Awesome, loved the effort put into the reloading animation. Might be better if it had a Drum mag though, instead of holding the belt.
8.) Doom3 Chaingun - Very cool, no complaints.
9.) Coach Side-by-Side - Cool, but hope it doesn't replace the original.
10.) Drum-fed Shotty - Very dope. Seems a little overpowered for a weapon found on Map2 though.
11.) Bullpup - Very nice, liked the semi-auto fire.
12.) Destroyer Launcher - Nice, no complaints.
13.) AT7 Launcher - No complaints either.
14.) Pegasus BFG - And you thought the BFG 10k was a beast. Badass gun, I approve.
I decided not to comment on the aiming issues and such, as I'm sure most of these will be fixed in the beta release.
Yeah, remember that the expansion is still in alpha guys, the real product is just delayed.
Over 50 new ways to kill every, single, last son-of-a-bitch in sight? Come at me, hellspawn >:)
Easily gets my vote, best of luck Sarge.
Wow, much kudos to this map author. Nice background music too.
It's been Lacuna Coil and Dethklok for me lately.
Nice, thanks much Sarge. And for a easier way I found to load mods with Zandronum, you can go to it's folder and create another folder called "skins", then drag your mods to that folder, and start the game normally.
These ModDB admins...holy s*** guys, anytime now...
A bit of payback for all the crap that dentists get.
