Just thought of something for the environments.
Abandon is creepy.
Abandon for a REASON is creepier.
I mean, yeah, its inhabited by slenderman, but there needs to be signs of that besides the (X) symbol everywhere. The maps should tell a story.

When Slenderman finds you, the death scene needs to be scary. In Slender, his face flickering in the static was laughable. This needs to make you scared to play.

I don't think they can do that and still use Source for the base.

Agreed with KEEP_IT_UP. Blue or blue grey. Or just grey.
An intro that would creep me out would be a flashlight panning around a dark surface or location, preferably a forest, then comes across the title/logo. This allows for something creepy in the background that will be hard to notice, such as a doll or even Slender himself.

How can you make models? What program is recommended?

It doenst look human. Like you said it should. Not even at first glance. Look at the original images and try again. Your model might scare a 5 year old.
