Just want to say thank you all for your support of this mod and that I will be back modding soon with the team after I have finished sorting out my PC.
Hi all and thank you for all your comments about the mod.
As you know we are trying to polish the mod ready for release hopefully it will be near Christmas or just after.
I am look for ideas on new coding features we can add to the mod, these must be OSP code which are easy to add or new code you have made yourselves, I am not looking for code which I have to workout myself as I dont have the time to figure out new coding at this late stage of the mod.
Also if anyone knows of a code to make Mercenary camps let me know.
Yes we really need someone to make new quests including the coding for them but at the moment we do not have anyone to do them, as we are all busy working on other parts of the mod.

No we will not be adding the Diplomacy mod to Warsword Conquest as we feel it is not right for a fantasy mod and would kill the overall immersion of playing some of the races we have.
Thank you for the bug report on the skaven war sword, I have found the cause of the bug and it is now fixed for next release.
Thanks guys for all of your names for the lords and ideas, you have all been a big help to the mod.
Here are some of the new stuff we have planned for the mod.
Integrate Furok models from his Grim Age into the mod.
Lots of polishing, balancing and bug fixing.
New factions all with new models and items
and maybe a few more
If anyone can send me a list of siege scenes the small races have trouble with the ladders, I would be most grateful.
Also what we need is 20 lord names for each of the new factions so anyone with ideas let us know.
we are not sure what we will be adding to the mod yet, more news in a few days or so.
Make sure you are using warbands mount and blade 1.153 that maybe the problem if you are not.
Hi all, just a little message to let you all know that I'm back working on the mod again.
I will start by adding in the models from the Grim age mod which Furok kindly gave us.
A big shout out to Polloio for keeping this page alive and to Birger Jarl for his sub mod and for keeping the taleworlds page alive too.
Also a massive thank you to the editors of Moddb for awarding us the Mod of the Year 2014 - Editors Choice Creativity Award :D a huge honour thank you so much.

Bug fix is now out on the nexus site, Let me know if it works.
Just add them here on moddb is ok with me, look at Latest Screens on this page and press add media.
Later tonight as we are still putting it all together.
Press ctrl + insert in game and the screenshot will be saved in Mount&Blade Warband file in your documents file if you can please switch off all battle report text like damage, troops killed etc then the pic's will be a lot better.
If anyone wants to take some screen shots and post them here they are most welcome too.
If all goes to plan I will be releasing the bug fix today just waiting for some upto date files from my co modder.
Then I will upload the whole beta mod here with bug fix included either today if I get time or tomorrow.
I can change the colour of the player kingdom for a quick fix now, what colour do you prefer and also will look into more option for player kingdoms for the final release.

Thank you all for you posts here your PMs and sorry we cannot reply to all of them as it's best that we spend out time fixing the mod and making it better for you all, we do read them all and take notes on what you all are saying tho.
We hope to release the bug fix on wednesday of this week and I don't know if it will be save game compatible.
I know some of you think that the balance of the mod is not right yet or this or that is not right, but at the end of the day we are just a few warhammer fans spending our limited free time to make this mod and then sharing it with you for nothing.
Sorry you can't, its just how the mod is set up.
I think about 80% or 85% of the mod is done with this release the final release will have a few more factions to bulk the map out a bit but not sure what factions we will add yet, also will include more of everything from items to new scenes (we are aiming to redo all native scenes).
We will release here once we have most of the bugs sorted out it will save confusion that way. so a couple of more days.
Not sure by the end of the year is the best guess I can give you.
