We're sorry, but no blog posts were found here. Boring yes, but as confucius always said - if you have nothing good to say, why say anything at all? Check back later, perhaps something exciting will pop-up and be worth blogging about, like season 3 of the teletubbies.
Speak your mind, rant about games, mods and the development scene, it's simple and who knows maybe someone will read it and agree. It will feel right!

Knights of the force is a scam through and through and I'll give you a number of reasons:
First off the release date changes go back for months, maybe as much as a year. The progress had been at 90% for an unusually long time.
Secondly, last time I checked he is taking 100% credit for everything including maps and models. I have heard people pointing out that some of the maps have been around for a couple years and were created by different authors. I personally know for a fact that not all (if any) of the player/npc models are his. I've seen quite a few of them around before, even downloaded several at least two years ago when I used to play Jedi Academy; so I know they're from different authors. Also, if you pay attention in the trailer you will see huge differences in the quality of some of these models. The episode 2 Anakin model was clearly made by someone of considerably less skill than the person who made the episode 3 Anakin model. There's no way the same artist would have such a contrast in quality in their work. The trailer was probably totally bogus as well.
Thirdly, as you pointed out he deletes any and all posts that do anything but blow smoke up his ass. I've never been to his site but I did read a thread somewhere on moddb that was all about this mod and quite a few people were complaining that even on his site he speedily removes and/or locks any posts/threads that even politely ask for explanations. There was at least one testimony claiming that a post had been removed not five minutes after it went up.
Fourthly (is fourthly even a word?) I posted an innocent enough comment on his mod's page on this site in which I civilly asked him the obvious questions, told him people were becoming suspicious, that using other people's content without their permission (and taking credit for it! This guy has balls!) is poor business, and finally I warned him that Lucasarts might be in their right to sue him if they so chose. I kept posting the question everytime he removed it, politely asking him to answer me. Well I must have finally bugged him enough that he send me a note:

As you can see, that was two months ago and he never replied (and I didn't expect him to)
I haven't played JA in two years and I still want to take this guy down. It makes me so angry that he is totally getting away with this. Even if he wasn't making any money off of it there is still enough stuff here to make me want to nail his ass to the wall. In fact I'm even more pissed about his using other people's content without their permission...and then taking credit for it himself, than I am about the money he's swindled.
Everyone really should get together and at least get him permanently banned from mod DB.
