Hi my name is Deer, love pc gaming some shooters, RPGs, RTS that sort of thing. I do some modding (mostly in the RPG,RTS deparments mostly coding, cant model very well and don't have the tools for it anymore. am in College right now working on a degree in Anthroplogy and evolutionary Biology (possibly Paleoanthropology or paleontology) with a minor in Pyschology with an Obective of a PHD and a job doing research and teaching somewhere. Am normally pretty busy with classes, don't have alot of free time but am willing to help if you need it. I would personally consider myself an atheistic agnostic and an anti-theist. I have a low tolerence for bullshit and my greatest pet peeve is people who think they know everything and yet know nothing (also known as young earth creationists) and people who blindly follow without thinking and with no evidence.

That is how the word of God is misinterpreted in the same way you did to my statement some weeks back. You find the word "day" for a creation period and everyone says OOH SO DA WORLD WAZ CREATED IN 6DAYZ. Bollocks. Especially when it even describes later that a day to God is a huge amount of time to us. in fact I can create an analogy of how God sees all of us at once. Ditto miracles etc. it is very easy to understand when one causes their frontal cortex properly. God gave us a brain and when people say OOOOOH THE BIBLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN FOR UZZZ IN DA FUTURE TO UNDERSTAAND, I just shake my head.

I understand your frustration, sorry about your injuries. Evolution is very credible.
I did not say life was 6000 yrs old. Your implication is incorrect. I said the AGE of Man (man's reign of this Earth) is 6000 yrs, completely different to life itself.
My life plans is to be a neurosurgeon. I have many family members who work for the Centre of Disease control, and are also cardiologists etc. and they are all creationists. So your claim is quite judgemental and harsh indeed.
Basically. I know that Genesis is not literal, unlike many fundamentalists (christian and atheist alike), who are too shiftless to study the text properly, and was only to get to the point that God created heaven and Earth for Man at that time since their vocab is different to now. For all I know the process of the population of Earth is evolution. It is not a science book. It is a book of prophesy, wisdom, guidance, history and knowledge of God. In fact, all the heavens and the earth were alresdy created in the "first day/age/eon" and the population of it is described onwards. Judging by the Hebrew text itself, it describes the population of Earth from the viewpoint of someone being on Earth.
