During his downtime traveling with his wife through the cities of Bilbringi, they came upon a stray dog, famished and sickly looking. The kindness of Lauren forced her to act and she convinced Branden that they take the dog back with them and he brought it home, giving it the best care it could receive.
It was nursed back to health and the Vet explained that he was still a puppy, only a year old. He was a Sheperd, used for herding and the vet could not explain how it had ended up in the city, probably looking for food.
Branden didnt care and him and his wife both fell in love with the puppy and named him Night, because of his black fur and it was dark when they found him. He has since been a loyal companion to both Lauren and Branden, being by their side and listening to their commands. He was very protective over the both of them and was a good dog.

Characteristics: Loyal, protective, fierce, and is properly trained. Gets along with other dogs and people so long as they dont try to harm either Branden or Lauren.
