Curious, why is it not possible?
Actually DX11 wasn't implemented well in Crysis 2 simply because it was a quick pass to show its there. Don't take it as a reflection of DX11 through out CE3.
CE3 can scale to meet console requirements but it was in no way developed as a console focused engine. Crysis 2 was developed for consoles using CE3's sociability to its advantage. PC version of Crysis 2 didn't get proper attention.
So key features weren't left out of the engine, just Crysis 2.
What is it exactly that you do not like about the HUD?
The UI (including the bleeding effect) and its sounds are VERY WIP right now, that is on the list of things to address.
Though, keep in mind that this video was a highlight reel, so it tended to have chirping than you'd experience during a normal game.
