Balance is better but I think the covenant still need to be nerfed slightly. My problem is that the ai will spam out close to 30 units of fighters/bombers. At that point nothing I have can stop them from over running my defenses and wiping me out. The specialized ship to deal with fighters is effective but when the bombers number in the 20-30 they are destroyed in a single shot. Aside from that this release has added great content. The MAC super weapon structure is a must have for UNSC and I find that in the short term making a good defensive line is very rewarding allowing the player to actually go on the offensive. Still here are some suggestions, first I think that there needs to be a dedicated anti fighter/bomber structure or at least a current structure do more damage. Secondly I think that customization with the UNSC would be very cool. Examples of what I think could be done is say a reactor overload upgrade that allows the unit to explode upon death allowing for kamikaze frigates to be made. Otherwise upgrades like speed both in game and if possible speeding up the actually warping in from reinforcements. Thirdly I think that the UNSC should either receive a buff to the space station credit rate or, again make the covenant ships more expensive to help UNSC gain map control early game which is almost always dominated by the Covenant player.
So that was my problems but this update is great and has balanced the game much better. Correct me if I'm wrong but at the moment the only way to win with the UNSC is to either rush very aggressively or play very defensively. Also, those mac cannon visuals look amazing now. Finally a performance bug I encountered, when you press the speed up game it actually slows the whole game down. Maybe that's because of all the weapon projectiles on screen? All in all this update is great and getting ever closer to perfect. Keep up the great work guys!

ok so I found it, for future uses (if any) the problem was that the default installation path on the installers program was to install the mod in Program Files, now for me (and probably many others) the files for the game are in Program Files (86). So changing that allowed the install to work fine. Don't know if this is of any use to you but there was the solution

Will the Lizard men be a playable faction in the struggle for the old world campaign? My war hammer lore is a bit rusty and I'm not sure if they are even present at this time, but will they make an appearance as a faction or mercenaries?

So that's all done and installed, when I go to launch the mod it gives the error message that windows can not find 'kingdoms.exe' and asks if the path is correct (which it is). When I check the install path the mod is not present in the mods folder. The download was fine and it installed with no problems, I do have the 1.05 patch and it still doesn't work. Do you have any idea why and how I could fix it?

I've never tried to use torrents before but I have just finished downloading the new version of the mod using torrents, how do I actually use the file I have downloaded and how can I install the mod??

Reading the info about the council and how to slow the spread of indoctrination during combat against reaper forces, it sounds very similar to the abilities of the Borg faction in SOA2 where the assimilate was a special ability usable by only a few ships and by default set on auto cast. This system seems the best to use for reaper indoctrination but I'm interested to know how you planed to implement this feature. Can't wait for first release!

Just a thought, if the MAC cannon is humanities best weapon then why does it require four MAC shots to just remove the shield of a covenant destroyer? In cannon I thought that only two hits (generally) were required? The shield strength of covenant ships at the moment is so powerful that it is very difficult to win playing as UNSC, it gets to the crazy point where a full UNSC fleet full of destroyers struggles to take out one Covenant destroyer. Sorry for the bit of a rant here, this is a great mod but at the moment its not fun playing as UNSC because there is no way to take out Covenant ships other than brute force and overwhelming numbers. Finaly (god this is long) I have a bug where sometime the MAC shot will hit another ship other than the one targeted. Great mod and I never got the shortcut to work properly so its best to use Petrolanucher for the mod (my opinion). Can't wait for the patch!

Amazing and fun mod, though when playing Isenguard during the second and third age all units had their default textures, is this a bug or are modded skins for the Isenguard faction not in this release?

P.S If you haven't guessed my favorite faction is Isenguard :)

So I have done all the downloads but both of the 3.0 downloads say "This file contains invalid data". I downloaded them a second time but still the same message appears. How can I fix this?

This says that 3.2 (patch i assume) is stand alone, does that mean to install this (awesome) mod I only need to download this or all of the other downloads (being 3.0 parts 1 and 2 as well as 3.1 patch). Help me please!!
