Um little question, how do I put this into the game? Is there special tool? I only ever put one mod on and used a mod installer for that, But it woln't work for this... can anyone help me?

when i press th - or ctrl button it freezes on me, and its not the num -. any way to fix that, the delorean and sounds are extremely good tho, nice mod
