Can anyone tell me how am I supposed to fix the 'map properly initialised' CTD? Im using Vicky 3.03

Every time I try to open the mod it just goes to desktop without closing, but when I open the game again I got a black screen and it goes to desktop again.
Any ideas?

By communism I mean the countries that adopted marxism as its official ideology, I know that communism was never applied.
Well, I've been reading marxist literature for four years, so I do know a couple of things.

Capitalism is an unjust system that will not last very long.
Communism has made mistakes yes, but that's a part of the essence of marxism: learninf from these mistakes to improve the socialist construction of the future.

A very questionable move, but necessary. Dubcek was proposing 'socialism with a human face', in reality a revisionist look at marxism-leninism (closer to titoism). The USSR at that time was not marxist-leninist anymore, but it couldn't permit one of its allies to separate (there are different tipes of revisionism).
The socialist Czech Republic needed some kind of political reform, not something like a military intervention.

Socialism will be back. Just look at the state of the world right now.

By the way, I only have the last past installed, dunno if this information helps.

The game goes awfully slow when I'm outside (I have a 64 bit system with 6GB of RAM). It didn't go THAT slow last time I played pre-patch.
I formatted my computer a few days ago, so perhaps I'm missing a required program or something. Any ideas?
