I have some programs such as SHP and a Voxel makerIf anyone has any tutorials that can help me that would be great. All I want too no is how too make turrets as in moving a tower top or a tank with a moving turret.I've made one or who things but there never that good, the only good was a NOD sign I made thats animated:

This is one idea I have I appolgise inadvance for spelling :) Story:
When Cabal was destroyed at the end of Firestorm, the mind was send a cross the globe, split up and stored in underground bunkers protected by GDI. After 5 years NOD Rebals start attacking GDI outposts. When the dead bodies of the Nod soilders were checked they were found to be Cyborgs all with the symbol of tiberian tattoed on there forheads. 
It seems the mutants are wanting to revive Cabal, Just before GDI and NOD join forces, CABAL had sent a message to the mutants a message of hope?

By reconstructing and controlling cyborgs left from the Firestorm war they seak to take down GDI and bring back Cabal in hope for answers and a cure to tiberian poisening. However once the mutants find cabal they find them selfs in a bit of a predicament. NOD forces find out about the mutants plan and they start a full blown epidemic war. Something else happens not sure...
