To be honest I never found the way to the Dead city map. I did most the other maps but never made it there in this. I was not that keen on this winter addon either but I just thought I would show it and put a link up for it but I can't find a working link I'm still looking but if I can't and if it's wanted I will upload it myself.
I found the link, It was under my nose. This is for the winter addon.
Actually I never added it to the all-in-one myself so it might have issues with it but I don't think it will just be warned . If it does remake the all in one (no big deal).
I agree I'm not big on snow mods. Because the Winter of Death mod was a brand new storyline and included the Garbage, Dark valley and it's lab I did myself a rebuild in which I managed to remove all snow effects apart from the Psuedogiant skin and a very light splattering of snow you get which as the pic here shows it was very light and only occasionally seen so it didn't bother me.
