Wow. I have watched this, as well as many other zombie mods for a LONG time. I remember when this was first announced and then when it was thought dead. When I found out that this mod, was actually alive and kicking, but also making sharp progress I was so happy. You guys are all doing a great job! I check the site as often as I can and love the updates you guys put up, especially the audio logs! This new video however is great, and I know a lot of people would say,
"I CANT WAIT TO TRY THE AXE! I CANT WAIT FOR THE MACHETE!" etc.
However I must say, what I was most impressed with is the soundtrack. The gameplay looked sweet, but the soundtrack captured me. It was really reminiscent of the style the 1978 Dawn of the Dead movie soundtrack was, or the Zombie Flesh Eaters one. I don't mean to pigeon-hole you guys' work, and say that the soundtrack is like Dawn of the Dead's, I just mean that it reminds me of it, with all the synth sounds and note bending with the synth. It is that kind of music that puts me on edge when it comes to horrors, it is a retro sound that creeps the **** out of me! Keep up the outstanding work NMRIH team and know that I have your back 100%.
I will keep my eye on this mod until the end.

I think I've finally lost faith in this mod. After following it for a few years, I'm quite disappointed to see a lack of activity, and their website going down. There is nothing worse, than when a mod dies and the developers make no comments, as if to say, we don't care that you showed interest in us, and you(the fans) do not matter to us. This mod had so much potential and I hope, somehow, by some miracle, that it is revived and finished. I was really looking forward to the finished product, but this is another mod -zombie mod in particular- that died before release.

I'm sad to hear about your troubles though man, that sucks! If you want send me a private message about it if you want to talk it through or something? Dont know if I'll be able to help but it might help clear your mind, Don't worry about not posting any work, I know you wont give up on the project :D and I'll be here waiting to see it done! Anyway, I hope you are planning on purchasing L4D2 if you can? I'd love to have a game with you man! I've been looking forward to it all year, Been playing the demo, best zombie game ever, its a large improvement on its predecessor!

The updates are sweet, I'm loving it, those are from the scene where Fran and Steven meet up with Rodger and Peter right? and the guys posing as cops come out? Anyhow, looking real good man keep it up! I can't wait for more!

Keep it up guys, everything is looking SWEET! Great models, textures and maps, you guys are doing the right thing, working with the support of the original team, unlike those fakes at Firearms 2, who as far as I know, stole a lot of Firearms data from the original and hijacked all of the original Firearms' teams forums and files. You guys gotta keep the Firearms magic alive, bring it back guys, stick to it, and good luck!

No man thank you, your dedication is astounding, and I love hearing from you, I'm glad all is well, and that you are going to follow through with a sequel to Blade Runner. Unfortunately I havent watched it yet although I own it on DvD. I have seen a load of films, my brother owns about 400 DvDs. We have Blade Runner, I think I might watch it tonight, so I can look foward to a sequel done by Halloween himself :P hehe.

Hey Halloween mate! I know, long time no comment, but I just wanted to drop by and say, I'm still checking everyday to see how the mod is coming! I can't wait and what have you been up to? :D I hope life is good and you aren't having any troubles! and how are those other projects you were thinking about coming? Given anymore thought to it?

Stop saying dead, or calling it dead, or referring to it or making connotations of it being dead, and stop hovering around Moddb everyone, that calls a mod dead because they dont get an update every month or so. Mods take time, effort and skill. Remember these guys have real lives to deal with, they are doing this free, stop crapping all over their mod page. RE: Twilight looks badass, I have followed it since its very early stages and its came a long way, I highly doubt they have dropped the project, just give them a chance.

Looking good guys, glad to see your still fighting through although there has been some demotivation. It's also good to hear about you guys working on the singleplayer campaign, as there's nothing quite like playing Resident Evil alone, it's a fun and frightening experience.

Actually Teh1337ARAB if you knew anything, or bothered to read anything, you'd know this group, weren't in support of FA 2, because they hijacked, and stole all the firearms source content from the Original FA, Developers. FA Source, is the Legit, FA mod being made. They have permission from most of the previous FA team. FA 2 is being made by people who stole all the original FA teams files, which was uncalled and ******* ******* like.

Good to see you guys are still going and updating, that Nemesis, looks very very well done indeed. I can't wait to play as a team to take one down :D, Keep up the good work, you have my faith!

Nice! but.... It is UBCS so to stay more Resident Evil style, maybe it should be "Genetically Engineered Monsters" instead of Demons, Like a UAC lab break out or something, It's just an idea you dont have to use it :), Good Luck.

Is this gonna have anything to do with Resident Evil at all except the name and logo? Are you guys reskinning stuff and making new models? Making new environments and maps etc? Or are you just sticking the UBCS name on it to attract attention and making new maps for Doom 3......

Well, I've never posted on this mod before, I played the first one extensively and it ruled, and I've been watching this mod among a few others from the early times and I must say it's coming along good. Good effort and determination is being put in by the team, so I think all the whiners who say "ITS DEAD" should just shut up. If you haven't got anything nice to say at all, I think you should just shut up. I am not a modder, and I'm guessing 60% or more of the moddb community are not modders, although I understand the challenges many teams meet, after seeing a few mods and an actual game die. People need to stop thinking everyone can update and give info every week or month. I tried modelling and it's damn hard, I've not even attemped coding and I don't wanna try. What I'm getting at is, people... mods go through so much development its unbelievabe, coding, textures, models, voice acting, sounds, animations, sprites and more... although I can see where the moddb users are getting the ideas this mod is dead from, give people a chance before you go around saying "dead, dead, dead" all over their mod page.... good luck BB:S Team! I'm looking forward to it. Keep up the work.

Romero should see this and conrgadulate you to be honest.... although we havent seen the final product it looks as though its gonna rock, and be just like the movie. I know this one isnt done yet but if it was and was extremely popular, would you ever conisder doing a DOTD one with the Source engine? There would be so many less limits and more interactive. The environments and sounds would also be more immersing... You could create a bigger masterpiece than this if you used source :O, but Im not dissing on the Max Payne engine or the mod, was just wondering. As usual looking good and my best wishes to you!

Why the **** would someone Hijack an amazing game like FA(Original), Thats just disrespectful to the creators whom deserve alot of credit, that mod was outstanding. Why arent moddb doing anything about this at all?
