Yes you need all them for this mod to work, look up Medieval II Kingdoms on Amazon for a relatively low rate, Steam works as well.

No doubt that's his first priority, and this is the fruits of his labors while working on those exact issues. It would be nice if I could help, but I have no experience with Medieval II modding. Perhaps I should try to help this wonderful mod dispose of the few blemish and make it shine. Or you for that matter.

Nowhere thus far hasn't it been mentioned that an temporary scene is in use to cover WIPS. Thus far I think to recall 4 different locations using the same scene. Its as if somebody went through and copy pasted over what were original and memorable scenes.

As of 1.11 the following scenes universally use the same scene.
Winterfell
Last Hearth
Highgarden
Riverrun
and unfotunately its possible there is even more.

As another note, all the effected locations are now castles wherein they used to be cities.
