The Lords refer to themselves as Lady when doing their introduction, as in "I am [lord name] a [title, as in vassal] of the [faction], and am the LADY of [named towns and castles]." I tried seeing if I could pin this down on my own and fix it, but no luck. Basically they are saying they are the ladies of those places. It's kind of bugging me.

70 bucks for a 6 month subscription. seems a bit over doing it, considering most games don't rely on a subscription base at all. 70 bucks for a year might be a little more.... indie consumer friendly.

Yo, I hope my crash reports are getting noticed. I've left at least 3 within the least week or so in the forum thread in support.

I hope it all helps.

a few gameplay suggestions.

a sprint feature, for getting away from combat easier. a lean around corners gameplay mechanic for making sure you aren't going to stumble into fights in the first place.

Maybe some sort of fast travel, maybe to the corners of the town?

The game feels trudgingly slow when you walk everywhere. The script and dialogue could use some English spruce up. I also find myself wondering what's going on, so a simple laymen's guide to the game? It's obvious this game was made with intellect in mind, so either way it won't matter to me, but for others who stumble onto this game, maybe make it simpler for them to understand?

Again, just suggestions, I have no real inclination to continue playing, really, as I had gotten this in the Halloween Indie Royale bundle.

Whether or not it makes the game easier is besides the question, If you're going for super realism than ya leave it the way it is, but it's difficult and time consuming to move along the game when you have to take pains to making what you want, and to progress the game in a paced fashion.

I might go look for some mods, in fact.

Placing the roof piece by piece is pretty aggravating. I liked how when before, the roof would automatically just be there if you made the walls and doors around in a specific manner.

At least get rid of the need to gather so many materials for the roof. I'd prefer to get things moving faster without the need to gather so much material and get so much done BEFORE getting the rooves on my buildings up.

Maybe make a normal roof setup, and have the option to later paint the rooves in the colors you need with the paint made in the artleliers shop.

All in all, I feel very disoriented with this new Towns setup. Dungeons're to easy to get to, and my townies still get destroyed early game by... uhm.... tree keepers?
if you're planning on continuing like this, why not put it down a couple more layers so there is still some basic layers near the surface to put in metals and ores, and making tree keepers a little more rare to find.

I'm also quite confused on how planting wheat works now. Do you gather wheat and have the ears planted or is there some other way that's supposed to be done to plant the humus on the tilled ground?

I've noticed that a lot too. In a lot of games other than this one. I'm wondering if something should be changed about how the rating system works.

I'm still crashing when the camera is zooming in and out and I click on a planet, it crashes.

I'm on a Toshiba Laptop, running Windows 7. 1.0 GHz CPU, 3 Gigs of RAM, and an AMD Radeon HD 6310 Video card, which allows up to 1459 MB of video memory.

Is there a crash report dump somewhere in the Desura Files, or Stardrive files I can send you guys?

same with me, the video doesn't give me much. I'd also like to know if the game is 360 controller compatible.

While LEandro heads development of the updates and changes, including language rework for N American players, and full language script for Brazilian players, I am hard at work at making new tracks to help bring a long the game's interesting flow and vibe.

Coming soon, so keep an eye out, and thanks from me and Leandro for all the support!

you can also have settings to switch on how long bodies stay in field, or if they ever dissapear for higher end systems.

you could probably do what some old games do, bake the physics objects into the background or foreground, or even on the spot, turning it into terrain. Then it could bake the bodies into the level on the fly, and it won't take out to much CPU.

Leandro is hard at work trying to make this a great game, but he'll need your support. Being in a inflated country, everything is overly expensive, and he only has so much that he can work with, so he needs sales. Buy it now at the lowest price while it's out in v 1.1 (coming soon) This way you can have the game before it's price shoots up.

a couple of good suggestions.

1. make the game require more input from players when in combat. As it is now, the combat system is too uninvolving, which is bad considering the lack of animation and awesome going into the fights.

2. Foilage is a nice addition, but there should be much more to it. Eventually seeing the same shades of tan and brown get tiring on the eyes. I'll leave it up to you what else should be speckled around the world for viewing enjoyment.

3. Everything else I can possible think of you have already promised you'd work on, so kudos!

I hope you can get the support you need for this game.

Wheat... Wheat... I'm spending so much needless time on gathering wheat from a farm when it used to be fully automatic.

I'd suggest getting rid of that "Needs an accessible [wheat]" thing, and make it like you have making bread or cooking food. Otherwise this just becomes a game about making sure you constantly "harvest the wheat"

The fact that you couldn't stand it, and stopped in the middle, proves you weren't mature enough to sit through it, bad or good. While it doesn't have much going for it in terms of gameplay, the story it tells is immersive and the way it tells it is colloquial to how being truly lonely really affects a mind.

I respect that you took a stance and are sticking with it, but it is a rash stance that is stubborn, ignorant, and generally uneducated.

If you play it all the way through, and still find it a terrible, non expressive, waste of money, then perhaps I'll respect the stance more, as that will prove that this isn't for everyone and you just happen to be the percentage that this isn't for.

Furthermore, I would like to remind you, if you've been told this before, you get what you pay for. You want good story, good gameplay, and loads of hype, play the $60 games instead, you'll find they are worlds apart.

I'll continue to appreciate Indie made, standalone titles.

Yup, it is an art, a form of expressing a story element to the viewers. Kinda like a book, also much less subtle than the traverse of that PSN/ XBLA game Journey.
