There is no real fix to my knowledge, all I can recommend is removing less important buildings that add units in to the bar and spreading out your production a bit.
Although it has been some time since I've played a game, the Coruscant Guard is a functioning unit, but only in the defense of Coruscant; If I'm not mistaken. Also I am not familiar with the '401st' could you elaborate?
Is the AI inactive in Galactic Conquest or Skirmish? As I have experienced the AI being nonfunctional in Skirmish. Though it works fine for me in GC.
I have never experienced a crash on any of those planets. Perhaps you have a partially corrupt download?

Try reinstalling and if you aren't using the Steam version ensure that the game is patched to the latest version.

All I can tell you is to reinstall your game. Sometimes the download can become corrupt and your extraction software may not notify you. If redownloading and reinstalling does not work, or hasn't work Ill look into your problems with the lead developer.
This mod is for the most up-to-date version of SW EaW FoC.
Delete the mod from your game, run game to ensure the vanilla works properly. Download and install the mod again. If the issue still is not repaired I will file a notice with the other developers.
I do not think Mother Talzin will be considered as a CIS unit as the Nightsisters were not affiliated with the CIS.
Steam install of this mod works perfectly fine. I suggest reinstall, and if that does not work re-download then reinstall. Instructions for SW:EAWFOC Mod-play is above in the downloads.
This modification is not equal to RaW in every way, at all. Yes it is based on the 2008 series and so far we've upgraded to around the later seasons of the CN series. RaW is focused mainly around the movies. Yes there are a large amount of similarities, but this is still very different.

I usually divide my forces, for most realistic experience.
I have a problem, I have successfully downloaded the auto-installer package two times now, but when I open the files Winrar says that the executable file ended early or is corrupted. However when I use the repair archived file option it successfully rebuilds the file, but the .exe still does not work properly. Please help.

You know I was looking at the comments on the mod RAW and it seems they have more in game based issues rather than release date. And looking at the unit listing for this mod tells you which one is better unit wise.
So 501st Veteran is correct this is going to be quite the mod when it comes out.
Hello all I've been reading the comments and it seems theres a lot of complaints about the balance system.
So let me ask you all, assuming you have watched the movies which this mod is based on, was there ever really balance in forces between the CIS and Republic? Not really.
This mod is to convert Vanilla FOC to the movies CIS and Republic as best as they can which means the CIS will have greater numbers.
And after reading the unit listings on the predicted future updates it seems the Republic will get some new units.
And you also have to understand that the Republic has more powerful units such as the Jedi. So it would only make sense that the CIS have a larger quantity of forces.
Now I do admit that the Lucrehulk Battleship attacks 3 minutes into the game are annoying, but you will be able to construct the forces to combatant them. Plus with a good strategy you should at least be able to go down and have destroyed most of their forces.
Like said before have your bombers target their hangers to get rid of the fighter and bomber problem. Then your bombers should be able to handle it from there.
And another strategy to use half way into the game. I've noticed most people put their forces together in one "Super Fleet". But I have found it more useful to divide my Jedi and the respective clone forces into fleets stationed in different areas or sectors. But that's a helpful strategy that I use. And it really only works when you have enough forces to divide evenly.
