Ok I got it but in your link is only one file, like an installer or something with an .msp extension. Here is no folder or zip file. It named "Esc818.msp". Unfortunately I can do nothing to it...

Oh then I understand. It was "MI - Platform River" from the MI map pack. I downloaded the installer you linked but I can not run this update because it wether does not detect the program or there is problem with an installed version. Any ideas?

Can you tell me how can I get TA:CC on Win 8.1 to work?
The installer is so old I can not run it on system and CC is required to play the mod.

It's great to hear that about the mismatches and I'm curious.

I experienced a way better gameplay performance using the LAG mod with the vanilla game, though I never tried a modded game version of it.

Do you still have any association with that mod in reference to ROTR? Or your work already consists similar improvements.

As I received no reply to my question from the crew on Facebook, I'm writing that here as well.

"It is certain it will not be new to you but I would like to share my observation in reference to the game performance.

As I see RoTR already owns extraordinary changes in visuals and gameplay, therefor I recommend to somehow fix the well-known ZH lag problem (not to mention the random mismatch errors), otherwise there will be no man on earth to enjoy this fine piece of work.

I am not competent in coding and scripting at all, but it would be a redemption if you or someone in cooperation with the crew would deal with the solution in case it is possible.

There is a ZH lag mod and RoTR is also mentioned on the list with the status "Permission Granted".

Is that mod still under development?"

I was thinking about that and navy would be the most awesome thing in that mod wherewith I would expand the whole conception.

Would it be difficult to create the models of Battleships, Destroyers, Attack Submarines, Aircraft Carriers etc. ?

The coding could be probably a questionable thing but as I saw Korea K21 in water I have no doubt you accomplish it.

Yo should make a "Tier" system if there are already so many units of all factions. I mean more building and promotion requirements to advance with units.
I also miss more upgrades to units, and general promotions could be changed as well.
There could be basically more and also different buildings, base defenses etc. among the factions, because currently they are not so unique to each other. Plus where are the superweapons? (must have)

It would be worth, because it's a very well-made mod, beautiful work, but still a half-made job and should be brought to perfection.

(by the way: Zero Lag Mod is highly recommended to that mod as well)

Then there is no hope to continue that mod. Except if someone took over the project before.
I found that Middle East Conflict 2 mod which is quite similar like this one.

Does the mod progress at all?
It must be updated as it quite outdated and a little bit half done work.
I don't know if the new creatures are available in this version. I couldn't upgrade many of them. (For example: Efreet Rajah, Werewolf, Blood Minotaur etc.) Yeah and Blood Dragon looks lame with pink color. That must be changed.

Besides that I think it would be really cool if you would resize the creatures to make them proportional to each other as in Gigamight Resize mod.

What's up with Trailhog250's Lag Fix Mod to ROTR? I hope that 1.85 (and later 2.0) won't be so laggy, so it should be embedded if there is no further separate Lag mod. Vanilla game works like a charm with that fix.

I forgot to say, that you both should run the game exe as administrator as well. You have to check this box at properties, compatibility. That also affects something to fix it.

If it occurs at the early gameplay, then both of you have to disable the "unnecessary" network connections. In case you have a virtual network, or for example if you play on LAN, then you have to deactivate Hamachi if it's installed. Only one of them could be allowed at the same time. Otherwise it can totally mess up the connection. You can find it at control panel, network connections, etc.

Does Trailhog250's Zero Lag Mod fix "no AI gameplay" as well? (actually there is lag even with the mod but way better)
I mean when I watch for example the current ROTR Stream, I experience the same slow-down after a while, but there is no AI at all. What does it depend on? Internet stability, speed? I read about memory leak problem, and I try to clean registry files, I use Game Booster too, but I have no clue about the real solution... Really annoying problem with such an awesome game.
Are there any ideas for that? Is it possible in that game to have full-time smooth gameplay at lots of units and players as well? Just like in Starcraft 1 or something like that. (Red Alert 2 is also laggy as hell...) At least improving somehow, if there is no correction for that.

Another thing. There was a mismatch during the second ROTR Stream right at the second gameplay as a tank was already dropped but right after that the Reinforcement Pad has been destroyed. I think this error was exactly because of that. If it's possible it should be fixed and similar accidents as well.

Lastly about the navy.

I know it's too early to talk about that, but here is a submarine model of the Shockwave project, and I would ask it, if it will be used later in the final release and if you already have more specific navy differently for each factions. I really appreciate it, that you deal with the water units as well. You bring it to life that I've been waiting for a long time. Because of that mod ZH is for me the best RTS game so far.
