Aragon can be trained in an Inn with Gondor. Im guessing it has to do with the fact Aragon didn't want to take his place in the city before he was crowned.
Legolas is in Lothlorien him and his father are trained in the archery building. It takes awhile for it to be able to be built.

Yeah thats the thing i use winrar to open it but all I see is a BIG File which I can't open. Am I using Winrar incorrectly?

Just a small issue with the mod. The grey havens map I think that's it the one with 3 bases surrounded by water. Whenever I build Haldir in the inn with Rohan a second time. He gets trapped behind the inn maybe I'm the only I the only one this happens to.

Imrahil is the old guy with Faramir when osgliath was attacked. You build him at the inn like with Aragon.
