Jets are only available as call-in Doctrine abilities in our Mod, but yes you can use these abilities in multiplayer.
If you know how to model, animate and export models ingame, then yes you can add whatever you want to the game, but you have to ask our team's permission if you want to use our Mod's models for your own mod.
Likewise with maps you can make them however you like with WorldBuilder

The vehicle is not ready for public use...
You were never able to control the apache, you can only use the Designate Target ability form the riflemen to force the apache to attack a specific vehicle. For example you Designate Target the ZTZ99 tank (China's heavy tank) then call in the Apache and it will focus fire it right away.

Try playing against human players, the Computer is supposed to cheat, that's the only way to make it competitive versus them.

Javelins used to be extremely powerful, they have been slightly needed, to miss from time to time. That is why the MGS can now deal with anything except for the Type 59D, but comes out earlier. And you have the Stryker ATGM for all the heavy armor.
Most people claim the PLA are underpowered, not the US.

Manpower costs should be the same for upkeep, this was the balance concern. I personally don't have issues vs PLA anymore, if you have balance issues post it on our forums with a replay.

At the moment no, we are looking into giving units more abilities once the doctrine gameplay is balanced, then we can see if we want to give abilities that are free from right away, or ones you have to buy. Or if the balance and resource flow is fine as is, there may not be any need for abilities.
The picture you are talking about is the doctrine passive ability that gives the militia the ability to throw incendiary grenades/molotov cocktails and for engineers to salvage wrecks like pioneers in vCoH.

Very well written, and exactly what we want to achieve with this change from Type 96 to Type 59D.
Not planned, and would be unfair to give such an ability to a powerful tank as this one.
The M1A2 with the Urban kit will be a bit slower than this version, but will have reactive armor along the sides, and will have an additional remote controlled Predator turret, as seen on the Stryker FSV
TOW emplacements and Javalin launchers will keep those pesky Type 59Ds at bay :) As long as you don't do mindless attacks and hope for the best the tide of battle could go either way.

looks great, but I think your weapon.rgd needs modifying along with the projectile ebps to get them visible, otherwise if this was your intention looks great :) Maybe just add a small delay to sounds in the .rgo

its supposed to be a dark navy blue which the navy seals use, although this is a very quick texture that might change. It was a test to see how the gun would look with a texture, as it is actually really flat near the grip and base of the gun, but it is hard to see that in this picture, which is good :)
