It is a modification for the game jedi academy. It was born on August 17th in 2007 on the unofficial KOTF forum as a solid idea. KOTF is a project which attemped to bring the whole star wars saga to that game, but it was never released and it's quite dead now (as the developper always tells fake release dates and disappears strangely for 2 weeks or so with no news after telling about those dates). So Chronicles is a mod whose purpose is to make what KOTF never did. We want to bring to jka players what no other mod did, for any star wars game. We want to recreate, by complete sp missions, the feeling of the whole saga. Personally, I joined this mod at the end of August 2007, bored by KOTF. I'm actually in charge of scripts and we're about 20 guys in our team (each one has his own charge, like mapping, modelling...). We think that the mod will be released in one year and half approximately, even if we're 20. So all help from JKA players would be appreciated (actually we're in lack of modelers, scripters and some mappers). Any knowledge is useful, don't forget that, we would be glad to welcome you in our team if you had modding talents. We're actually making a new website, which will be more beautiful than the former.

Actually, we haven't decided the features our mod will have, as we're at the beginning of a huge work, which, as i said before, would come to an end in the fall of 2008. Anyway, we have planned to make, for each episode, about 10-15 missions (depends on what episode :p), with 3 bonus missions for each. There will be various types of bonus missions, but we want to make them about characters that the star wars saga let in the dark, like Darth Maul. The other missions will fit to the movies and books and there won't be any incoherences like in KOTF (where obi-wan would easily die against jango with any inconvenience !).
