E3M9 is my favorite DooM level, so I'll definitely test this one.
It works like this: They are modding Kurok and there is a PC port called FitzKurok, they just put the modded content in both directories.

I agree, 8-9 years isn't a long time, but that is the deepest nostalgia I can go bacl to, I've played Half-life for 8-9 years and Max Payne for 7 years. So the brush-based era is going to be most nostalgic to me.
And yes, I do feel nostalgia when starting up HL or MP, hell, any heavily brush-based game makes me feel comfortable. ^^

As you say, mostly everyone wants to make their mod as good as possible, therefore I'd recommend setting the release date to "when it's done!". Keep going!
Nice mapping, but I recognized some models from Mistake -1 and Paranoia, and the keys from Afraid of Monsters, but I guess it isn't finished and those things will be changed? The atmosphere is kinda scary so keep it up.
