Figured it out. The problem was on my end.

Yeah, so I did a complete reinstall of Warband 1.167. I redownloaded this mod as well. Still the same issue. I think the issue lies with the Warband version. I can't remember where to download older versions to test that idea.

For me it shows the back panel, how many you can upgrade, and nothing else. Everything else shown on your photo isn't there. I have Warband 1.167 I believe. Perhaps it is a faulty download or something.

I patched Warband to the latest version. When I click on the barracks it shows a panel with nothing clickable. I have to use Esc to get out of it. It says "15 Upgrade Available".

I think the barracks is bugged. Doesn't seem to be anything available to click on despite having 14 soldiers available for upgrade. Do I need WSE?

Have you found a way to fix the solidity of spears and pikes while they aren't charged? As they are now the phalangites are practically useless when facing legionaries or hoplites.

Am I the only one that thinks Macedonian pike phalanx combat is broken? Every time I fight the Greeks to the South their hoplites just rush my line and kill my pike men. This shouldn't happen in reality.
