No,i think we'll get a proper action pc game in the future.
Some game company's must have discussed the possibility.
Thank you Wesp5 for your continued support of this great pc game.
The new subfolder install is just brilliant ,great idea!
I don't need to use img tool with the new version 2.5 ?
ah, i see it's also best to use the U.S v.1.0 exe.
I love a good point n click :)
Great for playing at night time (for me).
I don't buy many games ,but you can be sure i'll be buying this one.
You've done such a great job on drip feeding us various pics and info.
I'm hooked !
The work that goes in to some thing like this is enormous ,so i hope it goes well come release day.
I downloaded this quite a few days ago and it was version v1.6.
How has it jumped to v2.5 ?
Should i delete it and download this new 2.5 version ?
Was freearc the best ?
Why not 7zip ?
Sounds very good.
I will have to download it now just to see.
How can something called a HD Remaster be 0.26mb ?
iT'S OK ,NOW I KNOW :).
Play with the developers! June 5th & 20th ??
Glad i missed that one ,sounds a bit pervy :)
The iceberg as well ,wow.
I though it was just gonna be the ship and walking around ,probably with a mission to complete.
Having the iceberg means we're likely to be getting some serious action :)
Makes a change from your usual shiny robot :) .
You have got the in-game keyboard controls done very well.
I presume it was an important thing to get right or the game would not have been an enjoyable experience to play.
Can we have a new demo :)
Or do you have a different plan for releases ?
"when i try to open the game in steam it says "failed to start app (missing executable)" PLEASE HELP"
That warning usually happens when you try to run a x64 game on 32bit.
Though there's probably other reasons tto
Great to see work is still progressing ok.
Project seems to coming along just fine.
I do have a tendency to waffle on a bit :)
Desura might be going down ,so it might not be a good place to host your game.
There's that other site 'Itch.io' ,which seems to be popular for indie games.
A decade :)
I could well be dead by then :)
Any way it will be ready when it's ready, as the saying goes.
well ,you could give it away for free :)
It depends i suppose on what you've invested in it and where you aiming to go with your game making endeavors.
If you are definitely thinking of asking people to pay something ,then Gog and steam are the two that garner the most attention if you're talking about the "general public".
I mean experienced adventure gamers know lots of good
places to go to pick up games.
But God and steam seem to be the two main ones atmo for your average joe out there..
Though a lot of game devs avoid it as it can take ages to get a game on their storefronts and there is costs involved probably, nad not just your time trying to sort it out.
Though i 'm sure there's lots of examples of games that have done quite well marketing the game in a different way.
Demos are a good obvious way to spread interest and you could include a link with to your own little payment page.
Any way you're the game dev ,
so it's down to you to figure something out :).
I'm sure you'll come up with something that peeps will be happy with.
This could be the moment you start your own "wadjet eye games site" :)
Unless your game is just a one off thing that you enjoyed making and you're not thinking of taking it further than that.
I know Adventuregamers site have opened a storefront now and they had exclusive selling rights for a short while on that game called The Adventures of Bertram Fiddle.
I'd love to know if it was worth while for the game devs and if it was worth it.
A lot of peeps on steam complained coz it was supposed to come straight to steam.
Female massage only ,thanks.
How are you going to release it ?
Gog ,steam ,adventuregamers or independent?
Anyone know how to escape from Mr. Glym's building ?
I 'm stuck in the e-bot transporter and don't know how to press the correct sequence of levers and buttons.
I haven't played the game for the last week because of this.
The walkthroughs that are available haven't mentioned this part yet.
Don't rush the game :)
Take your time to iron out any probs.
People will happily wait if the end result will be better.
The images you've been posting look really good.
That looks amazing.
I'm starting to dribble in anticipation now :)
It could show that they're rich mothe... dudes who can afford to do this :)
or just crazy poor dudes who love gaming :)
Technobabylon ,Alum, among others ,so many cool point 'n' clicks coming out now.
Neofeud looks like it will be top of the list when it's ready.
The one without the line down the center of the face.
Though the chin looks better on that one.
i found out how to open the door ,but when i use the red pill after talking to the guard a creature appears and drops his hat and when he picks it up the game crashes again, same as before .
i can't get to the microsoft error box as the screen is flashing and locked.
I had to use a program called SUPERF4 to terminate the game.exe.
Dec 4th, 2013
I just saw the date, blimey this demos a bit old now.
