I'm going to be out of town for two weeks, though, so no dev diary yet. Basically, audio now plays when the player is standing out in the rain to simulate the sound of rain drops hitting your clothes.

but when i tested it in game, it made no changes, still low resistance on stats and the armor wears out in a few hits, what do i have to do to fix this?

Sorry for the late reply - you want to edit RESISTANCE, not protection. The lower the number, the quicker the suit wears out. Give that a shot.

It means that your audio files, bullet_hit_1, isn't ogg commented.
