Description
Currently running on v1.0006.
Using: OGSE Shaders 0.6.9.3, SWO 3.1
Textures by: LoNer1, Ket and VincentVega
R2 and smap4096 set through exe.
This has brought my current GPU completely to it's knees, basically it is almost a slideshow, new GPU should be here Monday or Tuesday.
Wasn't going to put anymore screens up until the new GPU is fitted, however Stalker being what it is...this happens, I can't think of any other game that can have someone waiting in anticipation for a sunset.
Yep, sometimes you just roam the zone for days, hunting artifacts, buying the weapon you always wanted, and enjoying the sunsets of course :D Beautiful!
You're so right, it's game that has such more than just blasting through levels, it's more subtle than that, I think someone commented on one of your screens (xxVODKAxx ?) how they use peoples screenshots to show other people just how amazing the Stalker series of games are and what can be achieved with them. I take my pen drive into work with all sorts of screenshots taken from this site of Stalker, converted two people so far :)
'Converted' sounds somehow cool :D
We should make an official 'STALKER Screen Group' on ModDB, I guess there will be a lot of people participating...like, Vodka, loleschido8 (look at his new screens, very interesting), of course you, and me.
Lol, I have converted them from such things as:- Skyrim, COD, Fallout and Rage etc.....I should join the Monolith!!
to be honest I just showed them how good Stalker can look and described the gameplay and the different mods, that was enough to get two of them, the third is being a challenge, he likes World of Tanks...hmmm his PC might not be up for a game like this :/
I will go and check out loleschido8's screens, sounds interesting, as for your idea of creating a Stalker screen group, I suppose we could, or we could bombard one of the existing Stalker groups with screens, which might not make us very popular :)
I think we should keep this thing with the group in mind, I will send all of the above mentioned users a PM for discussion...if you are OK with that ;D
Yes of course, haven't heard from Kaveli in awhile, he could be good also.
Oh, yea, Kaveli :( He is very inactive atm. I should write an E-Mail to him.
