Description
Textures from PZR2 (LoNer1), TK Build (Ket), Shaders (Ket & Meltac), Weather from EoC 2. This is ShoC patched to v1.0006.
New sounds added from various sources along with weapon anims and textures.

Yes, I got a bit delayed so I'm running behind schedule, will playthrough to the and and check it all works. If it's OK, I put out the a beta version, I can add other stuff as I develop it.
