In 2003, J*Rod started making sprays and custom skins for his clan's Condition Zero server. The next year, he started mapping. In 2007, he first installed Source SDK and self-learned its functions and started in Source customization.

CTs are red
Terrorists are blue

It's seven years to the day
That Counter-Strike blew me away,
And after making some maps
And people calling me "HAAAX"
Over time I kinda strayed away.

But then I found a Facebook link
And I thought "I really need a drink",
Because lo and behold
It was "Counter-Strike: GO",
The trailer that made me think.

So I went back to Source SDK;
"I need to be back in the fray"
But then I went "Oh I see,
All I need is a key
For the beta to be a-okay."

Compared to a real city of 500 to 4 million people, 64 people is not a lot. I see a whole lot of potential in this kind of Sims-inspired game, but since realism is a factor, it might be good to have the cities divided into sections over a few official servers (after release of course) to make up for the customization and short amount of players. Tracking to see how this goes.

Are they releasing it for Mac? I don't see anything mentioning it yet.

1. Learn to spell;
2. This game is set a century after WWII, so the UN is already known to everyone;
3. All of their actions through the backstory of this are done like what Japan was doing vs. the League of Nations, which was an eventual failure that caused the start of the UN;
4. Someone read the description for once

I wonder what it's gonna look like when a character modeler takes it on. :D

The multiplayer will be played like a campaign for each city battle.

It really all depends on when, where and how. In this case, during a large war in a major European city by multiple bullet penetrations and blast damage. :P

One thing we've really learned is the value of collaboration. Otherwise, this mod would have vanished without a trace.

I also got Hexen II from a Gateway. It was one of 4 full games (the others were Quake 2, Heavy Gear, and Battle Zone) that actually came exclusively with the computer, and it was either 98 or 99, cause it used Windows 98. It was the first shooter I've played, and I really thank it for getting me into my future gaming (even though I couldn't pass the first three maps or play online >.<). I haven't tried patching it yet, and I'm not in the mood to though I'm really into it these days.

I've actually not found one server yet that holds it. I've made one server for it, and I shut it down after a while because of RL issues.

I've posted this on FPSBanana a while before, but I wanted to share it to ModDB as well, and there's no other servers yet that I've found to use it
