hey, i'got a good idea, what if,

first, add a control room in there, because it make sense tough, and then, freeman go trough the control room, and activate the code for the radar or something (whatever you like to call it tough)

second, freeman, will put the coordinates in the control room

thirdly, freeman will pull the switch outside, that mean you have to come out and pull the trigger so the satellite dish can fully operational (well, probably you have to put something, like... computer or machines or something)

fourth, you press the button, and the satellite will fully operational, and the signal will transmitted to USNRC as soon as possible :D

I have something marginally similar to that planned. There will be control rooms and such relevant. Basically this segment of the mod will be a bit more interesting overall.
