Those are not really missing. I just left some thm files from development stage and forgot to delete them :/
Delete trees\trees_atp_pine_branch_green.thm, trees\trees_atp_pine_branch_green_bump.thm, trees_atp_spruce_branch_green.thm and trees_atp_spruce_branch_green_bump.thm if those lines in the log bothers you.
Install S.M.R.T.E.R, then AF3, then compatibility patch (download from S.M.R.T.E.R section)
Play S.M.R.T.E.R for now and then MISERY 2.0 when it comes out. They are 2 different kind of mods.
The options and messages should be the same language as your localisation. Anyway, try to copy contents of gamedata\configs\text\eng to gamedata\configs\text\rus (or whatever language they are now).

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but you can change the colour of moon light by changing sun_color parameter of environment\weathers\* configs (for the night hours only)

The level geometry has the amount of triangles/faces doubled. That means there will be significant performance hit. I did some tests and the FPS drop is about 30%. For example with vanilla trees I have 90FPS in Pripyat and with AN3 trees about 60FPS.
Also AN3 will not be compatible with SGM I'm afraid due to AI map and spawn changes. However I'm preparing lite AN3 version with just replaced tree models (without adding new ones). That one should work with every mod.
Yup, after the psi storm (if they are enabled in MISERY) they could be find in the open. Vertices produce them sometimes.

That's how it is unfortunately. I haven't touched the AI behaviour apart that NPCs hide from fallout and psi storms. I don't plan any updates in that matter.

But if by 'previous' you mean 2.04 then new game IS needed.
Well, not everyone here is a jobless loser on the parents allowance who has nothing to. We have a life, you know.
Saves still could be corrupted. This is how it is with mods for xRay. We don't know what is causing that. We adviced to make saves through menu. From my experience with other mods, if all saves (even hard ones) became corrupted, usually the last save from previous level works fine. It's a good practise to save just before level change.

The installer will be in english, sorry. But this time it will be very simple without any options apart of choosing the texture quality. Ingame messages and options will be fully translated to russian.

That's the common mistake everybody makes. Artificial texture enlargement won't make it HD as the process will blur them. You will do exactly the same thing as xRay does except you will raise the RAM demand by 4. If you want HD textures you need to make them from hi-res photos.
Just this one. It's a full version.
First check the filesizes on the textures in gamedata\sky\clear. They should be around 7MB each (except #small ones - they are 6kb). If they are correct then the hi-res pack is installed. The problem could lie in user settings that blurs the sky e.g. r2_dof_sky. Try to set it to 0. Or just reload user_atmosfear from main mod.
