Well, my names David and I live in a small outback town in NSW, Australia. I've always had a passion for gaming, computers and technology in general and I'm also quite the history and firearms expert, despite my age. I'm a nice guy, and always willing to give a hand, so if you do need any help, whether that be background knowledge, firearms statistics or even just someone to talk to shoot me a PM and I'll get back to you when I can.

Ah yes, that stash. Most of the stashes have been heavily mixed up and changed around, most containing less items, none containing more. Ones with weapons usually only contain some ammo and the weapon, nothing more. Bandages seem to be a favour stash 'filler', I dare say that at least 15% of stashes are now just bandages. But anyway, Good luck in your journeys stalker, may your rifle be clean and your vodka cold!

Excuse me N.Aaroe, but is there a way to add a deployable light source to the game?
I role play and currently use the tunnel under the subway as a place to 'live', however, the lighting makes it incredibly hard to see.
Alternatively, could you add a bed and some candles/lamps to make it seem more 'lived in'?

I will give you three hints for early game weapons.

POTENTIAL SPOILERS:
1. 30 Rounds I do hold and a ranger did hold me last. Hidden inside an oven, it is here that I hold fast.
2. Over the farm, past the hill, under a rock and bush. 5 Rounds I do hold, near a crack that grows old leavethe burners in your past.
3. Slanted roof, broken planks, lost hopes and dreams. Although my barrel is sawn off, one may still see it gleam.

You're more than welcome mate.
I'm extremely good at history, as it is my passion. I tend to focus on the time between the 1500's and the 1800's. Any time you want an opinion, or want to talk about anything in general, don't hesitate to give me a yell. I'm more than happy to share my knowledge. Good luck with the game! :D

Record someone with a runny nose? It basically sounds the same as snorting something, and you get that lovely nasally draw-in.

What about a barrel of Quicklime? Quicklime is a chemical that burns extremely hot when it comes into contact with H20, including the H20 covering your eyes and the insides of your lungs. It's effect could slow the enemy, and deal damage/kill their crew over time.

Rules of a veteran.

1. Keep your ears open. Gunfire indicates a fight, and therefore, loot.
2. Know your mutant cries. Knowing whats creeping up on you makes it easier to kill, or adapt to the situation.
3. Create your own stash in a safe or container. Stock it with healing artifacts and some food, so you don't have to stumble back to HQ half dead.
4. Always carry a clip of Armour- Piercing rounds for whatever gun you have. Mutants might not wear armour, but hostile Stalkers do.
5. Carry at least ONE bottle of vodka at all times. When you run out of radiation meds in the middle of an anomoly patch, you'll thank yourself.
6. Let AI fight zombies. Even if they fail you can kill the already weak zombies and take all the loot. Or, you could help them. Whatever.
7. Learn to dodge. Jump around a charging boar and empty your shotgun into it's meaty bits.
8. A pack of cigars a day keeps hunger at bay.

Maybe you could contact the creator of Misery and ask if you could do addons and modifications with him. After all, both of you have modding experience, a love for the zone, your own mods and most importantly you have gameplay features, items and ideas that would complement Misery. Maybe you could convince him to let you add in items for TGZ into Misery, and maybe do missions, features and more items. Just an idea...

They do replenish, it just takes ages and seems to be random (As in, they respawn in random anomolies). I Roleplay a rookie stalker based out of Skadorsk, and Artifacts are my primary cash flow so I would know if they never respawned. But yeah, hunting for artifacts solely for money means that there will be lean times ahead.

I'll give you a hint. I lay between Skadorsk and a swamp, surrounded by ruined buildings and the local wildlife, I sit quietly in the crack of a slanted roof. Sometimes, stalkers make camp beneath me.

Ok, I *think* I may of pin-pointed the problem with certain characters not talking to you (For me, Sultan stopped talking to me and has not talked to me for 23 ingame days...)in game. It appears to have something to do with the characters inside of Skadorsk becoming hostile towards you if you kill one of their faction near skadorsk. I have tested this and when I killed a Stalker near skadorsk Beard, Pilot and the other Stalker faction characters stopped talking to me for 11 ingame days (and still won't).

Other people were saying that they couldn't get Friend of Stalkers either, but I can't speak for them since after I installed patch 2 I am now unable to talk to Sultan, and Owl gives me no quest for the detectors.

I remember reading somewhere that there were cigarettes in this game, however, I have played for well over 30 hours of this mod and have yet to find any...Does anyone know where to find them?
Secondly, I was playing yesterday and had collected some kit out in the field, so I decided to trade with a STALKER, in the stalkers inventory was a guitar and a harmonica that were buyable. I thought this was a glitch so I exited and re-entered the trade 'box' and sure enough, there was no guitar nor harmonica and instead there was 6 rounds of 9x19.
Lastly, I know this is probably a big ask but...I RP alot and I tend to use the Medics shack as a home, however the blood splatter and lack of lighting is annoying and immersion breaking. Would you be able to make a quest where the player can pay Beard to do some work to the shack, which installs some lighting, cleans the place up and maybe adds some more storage?

It might just be a few bugs, and I might be wrong. So I will apologise if I'm wrong about it being the Beta in advance. However, if it is the beta I'm going to be rather annoyed about wasting some of my D/L usage on it.
