I am a Game Audio Designer, still attending college for Recording Arts and set to graduate in october. I am experienced with the UDK engine, and have worked in the source engine before as well. There is little in this world I love more than watching the aural landscape of a video game come to life, with the use of my own hands.
This is a very basic outline of an example helicopter sound I had played around with one night recently. It is very simple, only uses 3 wind speed variations (that pitch up) and a blade sound that pitches up (and sounds quite ridiculous since I used my own vocalizations for this experiment).
