No, we have no plans on adding Multiplayer.

Are you sure you have the DirectX 9 Redistributable? Doesn't matter your game works, you MAY be missing it.
No one's ever said it was R*. Actually, it's some unknown third party which hasn't revealed itself and never spoke to us directly since that incident... guess you could call it a false alarm.
But still, the future of a PayPal support page is unsure.
You didn't read, did you? Those are all missions so far.
We'll see... all depends on how the things will end. Legal issues is nothing we can come around.
For starters, the east island is not finished and not supposed to be accessed in Blue Hesper.
Exactly. As much as we'd love as many languages as it's possible, we can't for now. That is, until I make some sort of workaround for the problem mmk_033 has described. It's not my priority, though.
Update your game.
Probably. Just test it, in case the game messes up you can use an external updater (updater.exe) to check for updates, which will in fact work like Steam game integrity check - that is, redownloading any missing or modified file.
Technically it's being developed now too, as everything done for SilentPatch will be integrated with VCSPC ;)
It's not the final version, so why'd you be surprised?
Seeing how the date on 1.8 installer hasn't changed, I assume it doesn't contain the fix (yet?). You should install it anyway IMO, it's less than 2mb.
Care to elaborate a bit more?
Happens in SA too ;)
So I don't think it'll work out with the fonts system SA has. Random fact - SA Mobile changed it so you can have around 65000 characters max instead of around 250, and I think they did it because of Japanese :P
Anyway, given the amount of work required to expand it, doubt it'll come anywhere soon.
Besides, I don't think Chinese font handling would be possible to code. Unless it has less than ~200 characters.
Please keep the spoilers away. Some people who play this mod might NOT have played it on PSP/PS2.
The header says it.
"Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas mod"
Hmmm... have you thought it is an installer?
Not a bug actually. It's a feature ;)
We don't have any estimates as we just don't want to rush it.
The newest is Build 1226.
I'm out of ideas. Do the rest of files update properly though? If so, I'll PM you this faulting one.
Do you have enough space on your C drive? The updates are being downloaded to My Documents and THEN moved to the game directory, wherever it is.
It's most likely the first file to be downloaded - you sure firewall is not blocking updater.exe?
Tried adding gta-vcs.exe to DEP excludes?
We can't say we'll never try to do something fancy and resource consuming... but if we will, it WILL be toggleable so the mod can still be played on VERY low end PCs :)
Silver Palmetto has actually been optimised to work better than Blue Hesper! I'm testing the mod both on my quite powerful PC and a VERY low end notebook (can't keep up with SA on Low and 1280x800) and my goal is to eventually end with stable 30FPS on the latter :) So no need to worry about the performance, although you might need to disable some stuff in options in the future, provided they will appear in the mod.
If you only altered SA IMG files, no need to worry as the installer doesn't use any SA IMGs :)
Mainly the audio has to be stock.
Depends on what type of mod it is. Safer to use a totally clean SA though.
Sure! The game might prompt you about an update which doesn't exist (your files will be modified) but game will work just fine.
