So I'm really enjoying aspects of your mod. The new items and repair system are awesome and I also like the mask overlay. The downside is some aspects of the combat and economy. On my first play through I decided the sniper sounded cool but in reality, as other people have mentioned, the class is completely broken. Sniper rifles are 100% useless and the starting armor is the worst out of all three. On the second try with the recon class I decided to go all in on being an artifact hunter but learned in absolute horror that the preparation to even survive being in the AREA of artifacts costs me more then selling the artifacts to the trader. I might spend 2000 on drugs which require me to buy another 2000 dollars worth of food only to grab an artifact that ways 2-3 times as much as a rifle and only get 5000 for it. I can net waaaaaay more with less preparation and less danger just killing boars and flesh which as a recon or sniper seem to be the only feasible way to make money early on. Just the idea that I can make more money easier hunting mutants just ruins the risk-reward immersion I was going for with this mod. I'm going to try out the assaulter and I'm excited to see where you guys take this. keep up the hard work despite my initial frustrations I am enjoying myself.
