10, and 11 made me think, if you are intolerant of another nation, you break code 10, but you obey code 11, but by the outsiders declaring themselves to be enemies you are again obeying code 11, and not tolerating their intolerance with you, so your obeying code 10.
other than that /signed, if only it could go as planned and not be corrupted, than communism would not be a horror story for kids in history class.

Wasn't my doing lad, though I can see the possible contradiction. But of course 11 would overrule 10 as a defense mechanism out of basic necessity to defend a system with such good intentions.
