Everything works when I plsy the game except when i start a battle. It says "Medieval II Total War has encountered a problem and has to exit". Someone before said i should try repatching my medieval and kingdom files to it again. How do i do that??

I downloaded all the patches and installed 3.1 in Program Files/SEGA/Medieval Total War and after all that there's no shortcut for me to start the game. Not even an option to start it in the Third Age folder
