There isn't much to say about me, but I check ModDB frequently for my favorite mods, I enjoy modding as a hobby, and I like to dabble in many different activities.
Have you seen the whole game? I think not. Have you played any of the game? I think not. Your theory has more holes then a slice of swiss cheese.
Great job. I especially like the bottom helmet and the top left.
Nice job Scurvy, I've seen you around on the TGC Forums.
lol, that's why I'm just gonna wait for the addon packs that come 2 at a time. Broken Steel and Point lookout come in August.
Good article Conker. It makes perfect sense, and I loved the "naked" comparison.
Textures need a little touching up. Nice job!
I can't remember if this was the smaller version or the larger version (I had to make a smaller one to put on a forum elsewhere. They're size limit is 900 pixels). Now I have this colored on the smaller version. I'll see about cropping it and putting it up. lol, at first when I was reading your sentence I thought you were gonna be like "But you do have a lot of 'dead space' inspiration."
Runs fine on mine. But I suppose in an online game, it would be a little laggy. Plus, my comp is pretty top o' the line, and not everyone's is. I mainly did this to try to see if a city environment was possible in FC2. It didn't come out how I'd like, but it still looks like a city. Other then the fact that there's nothing outside of the play area, lol. The problem with the windows is that once you shoot them out here, you see the concrete behind them. I was just trying to inspire creativity with the FC2 editor with this map. Thanks.
lol, thanks. I've changed the map a little since this, but not much. I'll see what I can do for cover and boundaries. Thanks for the criticism.
Nice choice of music. Anyways, the physics look nice indeed.
That's pretty good! It's nice to see some more skinned models then just that SCAR (I think that's what it is.)
It's coming from an angle so that it wouldn't be in the pic. You can tell by the shadows.
I like the drum mag. I really can't wait to see this one in-game!
Man, I wish this would've had hotseat campaigns. I had so much fun teaming up on France with my friends. Oh well, maybe in an expansion.
kinda a deserty barbaric feel. I love it, can't wait to see it in-game.
This mod looks very professional and commercial quality. Is it just going to be a modder's resource, or will there be some quests that come with it?
That teaser was good. I can't wait for in-game footage.
Those concept maps look awesome. I'd also rather have a small, detailed area, as opposed to a large empty area. Nice job.
This looks very interesting. I hope its not dead. I wish I could help, but my modeling is very very basic because I just started.
I might just get L4D for my computer because of this mod :D. Seriously, this mod looks really high quality. You guys have some nice ideas to implement into the maps, and your concepts are amazing. If this mod turns out great, I'll probably be getting L4D for my pc just for this!
Join the boycott the boycott group on STEAM then! lol
lol, in the gameplay he said "You ever eat horse? It's good." I think it was him who said that.
Yeah, sorry I didn't make that clear. Halo 3 ODST has major changes from Halo 3, but its not even a sequel. I think a lot of work needs to be on L4d2 to make it a sequal, more then can be done before Nov 17.
It's only $50, but yeah could've.
Add Bethesda and Fallout 3 as an example. Too many Fallout 1 & 2 fanboys hated it immediately because it wasn't isometric. This reminds me of the STEAM group "Boycott the L4D2 Boycott"
Okay, thank you.
I've downloaded all of the necessary files, but the game crashes whenever I go inside some place.
This is alright for being in alpha. I can't wait to see what you do for the full release. It definitely needs some mountains in the distance. Good luck guys.
