New map boundaries can be created by choosing the border tool, hold shift and then simply click and drag a new border wherever you wish.

I'm no expert but I'd guess berserking cybogs mean something like this: lose your base or a specific structure and all your cyborgs will attacking anything that gets close enough, including your stuff.

Played a couple of rounds of Hardline open beta. Not bad at all, feels, looks and sounds very good despite a little lag and bugs.
Which general are you using? I've beaten him many times in medium difficulty with Armor, Special Weapons, Salvage and Laser generals. I think he strikes his first SCUD Storm on top of your Command Center, so don't build close to it too many fragile buildings. Have some airforce to destroy his Topol launchers and terrorist bikes.
...Then Laser Turrets pop up and blast that poor bastard.
Oh and really good walls!
The original mission in RA2 was by far one of my favorites, I hope the remake can top that.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post suggestions or if this has been told you before, but: I suggest renaming G3A4 into G3A3, as the A4 model has sliding stock, whereas the one in game has fixed stock. Also in the killfeed it's called G3A2.
Still, epic mod and very well made customisation system!
