i've seen your designs, and some are perhaps superior to ones from bm:s, and vice versa. but if both mods could keep their aesthetics, while coming to agreement on things both teams like, that would help the survival and quality of both mods.

30-40 year old guy that wears normal clothing sounds good. of course, it's your mod. just want to suggest that maybe the 20-something guy with the hoodie jacket and sling backpack is a little ridiculous for a mod of this magnitude.

epic has always been superior to garbage like ubisoft and ea, which is probably why more people like to do business with them. this is just another example of why epic and their technology is vital to keeping the game industry from becoming drm infested, mod-less garbage like ea, activision and ubisoft games.

your reluctance to show screens of the character models up close is telling. whether concretely tacit or subconscious, there is an admission of flaw in the models, mainly related to proportion and ratios. the head being one of the biggest issues. the shoulder is too forward pointing and hunched in the natural state, making the rigging exaggerate it even more.
legs aren't long enough in comparison to the torso, and the heads are simply still too large. refer to ww2 pictures of germans. their clothes were often baggy, the shoulders perhaps being the narrowest point on their clothing.
larger waist, more sloped shoulders, smaller head.
arms are too skinny. look at how the hand dwarfs the wrist and forearm.
a good example of the "too big" head argument. the back of the german's head/nape is sticking through the collar and nearly his helmet.
make the head smaller. right now it's busting at the seams so to speak.
the problem is you based the head on the hl2 model when you should have based it on the dods version. eitherway, it looks rather outdated and engorged.

you can already see how the head is much too large compared to the body and the fact that it fills out the helmet too much. i suggest a reduction of 5 percent. thank you.
make the character's heads smaller and get rid of the humpback and raised shoulders. those can all be done in the animation, but the models themselves need to be in a neutral position.
